Limit patient account access to authorized representatives
When access to a patient account is limited to authorized representatives, the patient can no longer sign in to their account.
To limit patient account access to authorized representatives:
- In the Patients module, select a patient.
- Select
to display the Patient Info card. - Click the
button to display the PatientAccess Info. window. - In the Account tab, click the No access (only accessible by Representatives) check box.
- Click Modify Record.
Now when the patient attempts to sign in, a message similar to the message below is displayed in the Login box:
